About the Role
Sundre Delivery & Mailbox Solutions Ltd. is looking for a friendly and reliable Store Assistant / Customer Service team member to join our team in Sundre.
Main Responsibilities:
· Assist customers and provide friendly customer service
· Operate the POS system, process customer payments and handle cash transactions
· Receive, sort, organize and handle parcels · Prepare packages and shipping materials
· Stock and organize office supplies, packaging materials and other retail products
· Keep the store clean, tidy and organized
· Assist with general day-to-day store operations
· Occasionally pick up or deliver parcels and small items locally
What We're Looking For:
· Friendly, reliable and responsible
· Good customer service and communication skills
· Comfortable using a computer and POS system
· Able to handle cash accurately
· Able to handle parcels
· Able to work independently
· Valid driver's licence preferred
Experience in retail, customer service, cashier, shipping or courier services is an asset.
This is primarily an in-store position, with occasional local pickups and deliveries.
