Green & Co Property Care is a growing local business providing residential and commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized property care services throughout Sundre and the surrounding area.

We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Cleaning Professional to join our team. We take pride in delivering high-quality work, building lasting client relationships, and providing a reliable, professional service our clients can rely on day after day.

The Role

This position involves providing professional cleaning services in residential homes and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail, works efficiently, and understands the importance of consistency, professionalism, and respecting clients' homes and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine residential and commercial cleaning.
• Complete deep cleaning tasks, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and other detailed cleaning work.
• Follow established cleaning checklists and quality standards.
• Handle cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately.
• Respect clients' homes, privacy, property, and security procedures.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with clients at all times.
• Be able to work independently or as part of a team while managing time effectively.
• Communicate promptly regarding scheduling, job progress, and any concerns.
• Travel to client locations throughout Sundre and surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Physically comfortable with the physical demands of cleaning, including standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movements throughout the workday.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions and cleaning standards.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is an asset, but the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn will be considered.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are required.
• Must be willing to complete a background check as part of the hiring process.

Employment Details

• Part-time and/or casual opportunities to start - FT available very quickly for the right candidate.
• Primarily Mon-Fri weekday work with some evenings and/or weekends as necessary.
• Work locations throughout Sundre, Olds, and surrounding MVC communities.
• Compensation based on experience and suitability for the role.
