About the Role
Coyote Creek Golf & RV Resort is seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Customer Service Pro Shop Attendant to join our team for the 2025 golf season. If you love golf, enjoy working in a team environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!
Location: Coyote Creek Golf & RV Resort, Sundre, Alberta
Job Type: Seasonal, Part-Time positions available
Start Date: May 2025 (flexible start for the right candidate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests with a welcoming attitude
- Handle tee time bookings and check-ins using Tee-On POS system
- Assist customers with golf merchandise and apparel sales
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Answer phone and in-person inquiries about course conditions, pricing, and events
- Support tournament check-ins and Pro Shop event preparations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked Pro Shop
- Work collaboratively with the golf operations and food & beverage teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, team player and a strong work ethic
- Experience in retail or hospitality is an asset ( willing to train the right person)
- Basic computer knowledge: experience with Tee-On POS is a plus
- Availability : evenings, weekends, and holidays
