Bredy Landscaping is looking for dedicated, dependable, and hardworking individuals to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season!
ABOUT US
We are a locally owned and operated landscape installation, maintenance, and snow removal company based in Olds, Alberta. We take pride in providing high-quality service to our community and building a reliable, team-oriented work environment.
THE ROLE
As a Snow Removal Labourer, your responsibilities will include:
- Clearing snow from residential and commercial properties.
- Operating snow removal equipment safely and efficiently.
- Responding promptly to snowfall events on an on-call basis.
- Maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety procedures.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy manual labour in challenging winter weather conditions.
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Flexibility to work on-call, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, depending on weather conditions.
- A commitment to workplace safety and safe equipment operation.
- Previous snow removal or landscaping experience is an asset but not required.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Starting wage of $20.00 per hour.
- Flexible, on-call scheduling based on winter weather events.
- An opportunity to work with a well-established local company.
- Potential for year-round employment, with opportunities to transition into the landscaping season.
