WE’RE HIRING: EVENT SUPPORT TEAM MEMBERS!
Mountain West Promotions is looking for friendly, dependable, hands-on people to help bring our events to life!
From on-site custom merch to kids’ sports and activities, niche festivals, workshops, crafting events, and farmers markets—every shift offers something a little different.
What you’ll do:
Help set up and take down booths, displays, supplies, and event activities.
Welcome guests, verify tickets, and assist with event admission.
Answer questions and provide great customer service.
Assist customers with choosing and customizing merchandise.
Help produce apparel and other personalized products.
Bartend and serve beverages at applicable events.
Process payments and keep workspaces organized.
Support crafts, activities, vendors, and general event operations.
Who we’re looking for:
An outgoing, approachable person who enjoys working with people of all ages.
Someone reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a busy event environment.
A team player who takes initiative and is willing to learn.
Someone comfortable helping move event supplies and spending time on their feet.
Availability mostly evenings and weekends.
Preference will be given to applicants who are 18+, hold a valid driver’s licence, and have ProServe certification. Customer service, bartending, crafting, merchandise production, or event experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right people!
Schedule & location: Event-based shifts, primarily evenings and weekends, in the Olds area and surrounding communities. Hours and locations vary by event.
