Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, organized individual to fulfill a dual role combining year-round coordination of our Volunteer and Children’s Programs with seasonal leadership of the Sundre Santas initiative.
Volunteer & Children’s Program Coordinator
This role involves developing and managing a robust volunteer program and planning engaging activities for children aged 6–12. You’ll recruit and support volunteers, collaborate with local agencies, maintain online content, and evaluate programs annually. In addition, you’ll lead the design and delivery of enriching children’s programming throughout the year.
Sundre Santas Program Director
This seasonal leadership role oversees the planning and delivery of the Sundre Santas Christmas food hamper and gift program. You will coordinate facilities, donor and volunteer engagement, marketing efforts, application processing, and manage all logistics leading up to the holiday season.
Key Skills:
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in program coordination and volunteer management
- Comfortable with social media and online content updates
- Passion for community engagement and working with children
