About us: We are a Fresh Market located at (Bay 4, 605 Main Avenue east ) in the heart of Sundre, dedicated to providing high-quality products and a boutique shopping experience for our community.
Full-Time Store Associate
Main Tasks:
- Customer Service: Greet guests Warmly and assist those needing extra help (e.g., seniors).
- Orders & Records: Answer phone calls; accurately record customer names, phone numbers, addresses, and orders.
- Stocking: Restock shelves, manage inventory and keep the store clean and organized.
- Social Media: Proficiently manage and post updates on Facebook and Instagram.
Requirements:
- Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada.
- High attention to detail (essential for accurate data and order recording).
- Tech-savvy (skilled with FB, IG, and smartphone apps).
- Friendly, reliable, and hardworking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
