About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Crusher Foreman to join our aggregate crushing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in running a safe, efficient operation and maintaining high production standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of crusher operating experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform crusher repairs and routine maintenance
- Experience running a control tower
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily crushing operations and production
- Operate the control tower and monitor plant performance
- Coordinate and perform repairs and maintenance as required
- Ensure safe work practices are followed at all times
- Cover loader operator and groundsperson duties when needed
- Communicate effectively with management and crew members
- Maintain production records and equipment inspections

Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Some Saturdays required during busy periods
