- Track required statistics and keep staff informed of appointments, registrations, and inquiries.
- Maintain front-facing resources, program information, and referral materials.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, bank deposits, and office supply tracking.
- Provide admin support for events, programs, workshops, and meetings as needed.
- Work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, community members, and partner organizations.
- Follow policies, confidentiality requirements, and professional standards.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the Executive Director.
Qualifications and Attributes
The successful candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Related education, training, or experience in human services, administration, reception, or customer service is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, respectful, and non-judgmental approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn internal systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and follow through during busy periods.
- Familiarity with Sundre, Mountain View County, and local community resources is considered an asset.
- Reliable, calm, and professional, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions and Requirements
- Scheduled attendance is required for this front-facing role.
- The office is busy, with regular interruptions from calls, walk-ins, registrations, and admin tasks.

- Current Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
