About the Role
We’re Hiring: Part-Time Barista & Social Media Helper
Elk&Owl Craft Coffee Co. is looking for a new team member who’s as passionate about great coffee as they are about good vibes and storytelling. Our café is the face of our growing specialty coffee bean business, and we need someone who can help us bring it to life — both behind the bar and online.
What you’ll do:
- Craft and serve specialty coffee drinks with care and consistency
- Create warm, welcoming experiences for our customers
- Assist with social media content (photos, captions, stories, posts) to showcase our coffee and community
- Be a team champion as we grow, supporting day-to-day café operations
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused personality and experience
- Ability to work completely independently
- Interest in specialty coffee (barista experience is an asset but not required — we’ll train!)
- Comfort with social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook
- Completed high school
- A team player who’s flexible, proactive, and excited to grow with us
