This position provides comprehensive administrative, and clerical support to Legislated Services including confidential record management, meeting coordination, policy and bylaw support, regulatory compliance assistance, and support for training, equipment, reporting, and community events. This position requires a high level of organization, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced municipal environment. Education and Experience:
· Certificate or diploma in Office or Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and technical experience
· Valid Standard First Aid or other applicable safety certificates
