Communications Coordinator
Are you creative, organized, and love making things look good and sound great? Greenwood Neighbourhood Place is hiring a Communications Coordinator to help spread the word about local programs and events — and shine a light on the amazing work happening throughout the Sundre community.
You’ll play a key role in sharing information, uplifting community efforts, and helping people stay connected.

What You’ll Do:
· Create and share the Sundre on the Go monthly newsletter (print + digital)
· Promote programs and events from Greenwood Neighbourhood Place, Sundre FCSS, Continuing Education, and other local non-profits
· Keep Eventbrite listings updated
· Design posters, flyers, and social media graphics
· Manage and update the Greenwood Neighbourhood Place Facebook page
· Collaborate with coordinators and local partners
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience using Eventbrite, Canva or Adobe Express, and social media
· An eye for design and clear communication
· Great time management and ability to meet monthly deadlines
· Comfortable working independently, with a team spirit
Job Details:
· Part-time Tues–Thurs, between 8:30 am–4:00 pm
· Occasional evening work may be required
· Primary location: GNP Office – #5, 96 2nd Ave NW, Sundre
· Rate: Based on experience
