About the Role
Looking for Red Seal Powersport or Motorcycle mechanics. Apprenticeship available to the right candidate. Pay will be dependent on relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as brakes, engines, or transmissions
- Conduct inspections and perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
- Test vehicles and equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Collaborate with other mechanics and team members to complete tasks efficiently
Skills:
- Proficient in using power tools for repairs and maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for various tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs and maintenance
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members
