About the Role
Wildcat Fire Services is currently accepting resumes for the upcoming 2026 wildfire season. We offer competitive wages, and additional training.
Positions available are:
On-call/Seasonal/As-needed
Minimum Requirements:
*Valid Drivers Licence (Class 5 and higher)
*Valid First-Aid/CPR
*NFPA 1001
*TDG Ground
*WHMIS
*ICS 100
Priority given to applicants who also hold the following certifications:
*NFPA 1140 or 1051 (Wildland)
*Firetack
*WUI-M
Wildfire and Structural Protection Emergency response requirements:
*Able to be deployed on short notice. (Length of deployments depends on size/severity of fire and tasks assigned)
*Must be physically able to complete the industry wide 'Pack Test'
*Must be able to work within a team, prioritize safety and be reliable.
*Able to work in a variety of locations throughout Western and Northern Canada.
