Your Role:

• Lead with Vision: Oversee project life cycles, ensuring all milestones are met within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Build Client Partnerships: Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing relationships and fostering trust through clear, and open communication.
• Drive Cross-Functional Success: Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth project flow and alignment with our standards and client needs.
• Solve Problems, Take Initiative: Anticipate project risks and troubleshoot proactively, ensuring that each solution aligns with our goals and client satisfaction.
• Set the Standard for Excellence: Maintain clear, organized project documentation, follow industry codes, and keep every project in line with quality, budget, and safety.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• 5+ years in project management within manufacturing, industrial, or welding environments (oil and gas experience is a plus).
• PMP certification is an asset.
• You are proficient with project management software (Microsoft Project)
• You are highly technical, with the ability to read and interpret P&IDs and client specifications
• Your communication provides a solid foundation to build relationships with clients and teams, balance organization with an approachable, clear style.
• Familiarity with CWB, ASME, API codes, and industry best practices.
• Creative problem-solving with a drive for excellence and continuous improvement.
• Strong collaborator who excels in mentoring, communication, and teamwork.
