About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Conveyancer to join our team in Olds and Calgary Alberta. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is confident managing real estate files from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage residential purchase, sale, refinance, and mortgage files independently
· Prepare and review conveyancing documents, including transfer of land, mortgages, and discharges
· Conduct title and off-title searches through Spin and related systems
· Coordinate with clients, lenders, realtors, and financial institutions
· Ensure compliance with Alberta Land Titles requirements and applicable legislation
· Handle trust conditions and closing funds accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2+ years of Alberta real estate conveyancing experience
· Strong knowledge of Alberta Land Titles procedures and LTO systems
· Proficiency with conveyancing software (Lawyer Done Deal or similar)
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple files and meet tight deadlines
· Strong communication and client service skills
· Ability to work with others and mentor junior assistants
