Production Operator

The Production Operator is responsible for operating encapsulation equipment and supporting manufacturing activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production in a GMP-regulated environment.

Specific Job Duties:

• Operate and monitor encapsulation equipment in accordance with SOPs and established procedures.
• Prepare gelatin and liquid fill batches accurately and safely.
• Complete batch records and production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Inspect, polish, size, and package finished product to meet quality specifications.
• Perform equipment operation in a safe and controlled manner.
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and GMP requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other plant duties as assigned.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to ready, understand, and follows SOPs and batch records.
• Basic math skills for measurements and batch calculations.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (22kg) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, or cannabis manufacturing.
• Experience working in a GMP or regulated environment.
