Overnight Awake CDSW – Community Disability Services
Padnoma Support Services is seeking Compassionate and Reliable Overnight Awake Support Workers to provide quality care and support to adults with disabilities in their home. This position includes overnight awake shifts with the possibility of additional casual shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized care and support during overnight hours, ensuring client safety.
Monitor and respond to client needs throughout the night.
Complete requested documentation and communicate effectively with team members.
Foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
Qualifications
Human Services training is an asset.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable; able to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum 1 year experience working with persons with disabilities is an asset.
Strong oral and written communication skills; computer literacy is an asset.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license, current driver’s abstract, and $2M liability coverage.
Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Check (RCMP or City Police).
First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
Schedule
Overnight awake shifts (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
Opportunity for additional casual shifts (days/evenings).
