Retail/Office Clerk Support & Shipper Receiver

Role Summary

This versatile hybrid position is the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will provide essential support by greeting and assisting our retail customers, managing critical shipping and receiving tasks, and help ensure our office and business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Excellence: Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing knowledgeable store-front service and processing transactions through our POS system.
• Administrative Support: Answer and direct phone calls professionally; manage emails and general office tasks as needed.
• Logistics Management: Oversee all shipping and receiving duties, including verifying incoming stock against invoices and preparing outgoing orders.
• Organization: Maintain a clean, stocked, and well-organized store-front, office, and shipping/receiving area.
• Team Support: Lend a hand across different areas of the business to ensure overall operational success.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word).
• Familiarity with retail POS systems and general computer literacy.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and polite phone/email etiquette.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with an eye for detail.
• Work Style: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to a team environment.
• Agriculture Fit: An agricultural background is considered a significant asset.
