Construction Labourer – Immediate Start
Farmer Built Structures is hiring a full-time Construction Labourer to join our growing team immediately.
We specialize in the installation of large commercial and agricultural fabric buildings throughout Alberta. If you enjoy working outdoors, don't mind travel, and take pride in building something that lasts, we'd like to hear from you.
Requirements
- Available to start immediately
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle for transportation to and from the shop/job site
- Construction experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right candidate
- Comfortable working at heights
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
- Strong work ethic, dependable, and safety-minded
- Able to work well as part of a team
What the Job Involves
- Installing commercial and agricultural fabric structures
- Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Operating hand and power tools
- Working on ladders, lifts, and elevated work platforms
- General construction labour and site clean-up
- Assisting with material handling and equipment setup
Travel
This position requires some periods working out of town. Candidates must be willing to travel and work away from home when projects require it.
