Travel Marketing and Operations Lead

🔑 What You’ll Do

💼Leadership & Team Support

• Be the welcoming face of the agency — greet clients and handle incoming calls with warmth and professionalism
• Manage office opening/closing and keep the space showroom-ready
• Distribute leads to travel consultants based on performance and priority criteria
• Coordinate store tasks, merchandising, and brochure organization
• Assist in onboarding new team members and help with interviews
• Step in to help consultants with bookings or follow-ups when they’re away
• Ensure our environment reflects the high-end, service-first experience we promise

📈 Sales & Client Service

• Respond to walk-in and phone inquiries, assisting with travel quotes and insurance
• Perform outbound prospecting calls to warm leads in our database
• Support client follow-up before and after booking to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Build your own book of business through referrals, friends & family, and local community connections
• Stay sharp on travel trends, promotions, and destination insights to add value in every conversation

📲Marketing & Brand Visibility

• Own our Google Business and social media presence for both locations
• Post engaging, on-brand content that reflects the heart of our team and the power of travel
• Assist with planning and executing client events, training nights, and community promotions
• Help design visual touchpoints that make our brand shine both online and in-store

🧠 What You Bring

• Experience in admin, hospitality, retail travel, or customer ervice (bonus if you've booked travel!)
• Confidence in communication — written, verbal, and in-person
• Comfort with multitasking, prioritizing, and working independently
• A creative eye for content and a working knowledge of platforms ike Meta, Canva, or scheduling tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry
• A genuine love for travel and a desire to grow in the industry
