About the Role
The Town of Didsbury is currently accepting applications for a permanent, full-time Customer Service Representative at the Didsbury Town Office. Reporting to the Manager of Financial Services, this position provides front counter and other administrative services. Duties will include answering and directing telephone calls, greeting visitors, cash receipting in-person and online electronic payments; as well as, maintaining office supplies, records management and other duties as assigned.
This opportunity is best suited to someone who has a positive, outgoing personality who enjoys working with the public. Has excellent communication skills, a great sense of humor and the willingness to learn.
Required:
- Cash handling
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Suite
- Outgoing, friendly, happy personality
- Strong teamwork, organizational and written communication skills
- Clean criminal record check
Desired:
- Experience working in customer service
- General knowledge of the town’s services and programs
