About the Role
Experienced Full-Time Farm Employee – Cow/Calf & Grain Operation
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our family farm on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities include:
- Feeding and caring for a cow/calf cattle operation
- Operating farm machinery for grain and livestock production
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
- General farm duties as required
Qualifications:
- Farm experience is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Experience with cattle and cow/calf operations is an asset.
- Experience operating agricultural equipment and machinery is an asset.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform routine maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Class 1 or Class 3 driver's licence is considered an asset.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and understands the commitment required to work with livestock and grain production.
Competitive wages will be based on experience.
